Ullrich has spent more than two decades advising business and technology leaders across Asia Pacific, including in senior roles at IDC and Ecosystm. Throughout that work, he saw the same pattern repeatedly: technology initiatives rarely fall short because of the technology itself. They fall short when the people, alignment and organisational conditions needed to succeed are not in place. He founded ORA Benchmarking and co-created AI ORA™ to help close that gap, giving organisations a clear, independent view of where they stand and what to prioritise next.

Julie is the CEO of Best Places to Work™ New Zealand, bringing more than 25 years of experience in employee experience, workplace measurement and inclusive leadership. Her work has always focused on the connection between how people experience work and how organisations perform. She brings that expertise, together with the employee voice, to AI ORA™ — so readiness is measured through the confidence, capability and experience of the people expected to turn strategy into results, not through technology alone.
