- 3.Survey: Your survey starts on your chosen start date, which you can change at any time.
- 4.Your findings report is delivered 1 week after the survey closes.
The assessment can begin at sign-up and the findings report is released on payment. If an account lapses unpaid, response data stays in the anonymised benchmark pool and no client-facing output is produced.
